Be had it lots of times buts always different. My mum just used to mash cornedbeef into mash, but my mates mum made scouse with corned beef in??!
Anyway Ive had it at a trendy place in Manchester and was lumpy mash with onions and lumps of proper cornedbeef and it had a poached egg on it.
So there you go a load of useless info!

mashed spuds mixed with corned beef is the basic.
P throws loads of other veg in his, cabbage, onions, carrots, then serves it with even more veg.
Either loads of gravy or brown sauce with it too.
