How the bloody hell do you do it? Shocked

Wil's childminder has a week off and I am watching him today and tomorrow.

I am knackered already.

Fortunately he is now taking a nap.

We managed to walk the dogs this morning, took 1 1/2 hours to do a walk that normally takes 45 minutes.
Went to the dentist, all good until Wil was supposed to sit in the chair then he just screamed
Went into town, Wil had his own agenda and screamed when I told him we weren't going to the library today (he knew exactly how to get there walking across town)
Ended up bribing him with a sausage roll from Greggs just so we could get the shopping done.

Those of you that do the stay at home mum bit deserve a medal. SAHMs 725152

Back to work on Wednesday for a rest.

Laughing! hmm i suppose i'm a sahm now haha but at least my baby can only climb across the room and object loudly - he can't manage to register his compaints too effectively when he is out and about! i see other mummies in town with raucous toddlers and think uh oh...that will be us soon!

Awww I'll show my oh this post, he always gets annoyed at me when I say some days I think he has it easier being at work. It's lovely being able to stay at home but some days it is a nightmare and I'm just exhausted.

Haha, I used to think work was exhausting (mind you i did spend a fair bit of my day trying to get roomfuls of 4 years old to learn English) but being a SAHM is much more exhausting! It's a lot more fun though Laughing Some days I am just living for nap time just to catch my breath! Especially as I work part time from home, I don't even get the commute to relax Evil or Very Mad I literally pull off my headset and have to go and rescue Milo from the washing machine or whatever my oh has let him get into. I teach one lesson a week out in a cafe, and as soon as my student goes home I just order an extra cuppa and crash out there until I have the energy to go home!

Tell me about it. Im on maternity leave at the moment, but it is such hard work looking after kids all day.

I am trying to do activities with Aimee every morning and am in the process of planning them now that I am not pregnant anymore.

It's knackering, but I worked full time with Lewis, when I had Owen I went part time and then left work just before I fell with Hayden. I'm shattered most of the time but the school run however bad the weather is a sense of satisfaction to me that I'm now able to drop and collect them, without fail see their assemblies, sports days, parent consultations and go feed the ducks with Hayden, all stuff I missed out on with the Lewis esp Sad My boys ride their bikes or scooters to school and I think they appreciate the 'childcare' kids can't do that, or pop to the park on the way home... Makes them realise how lucky they are Sad.
