Yes Deb i feel really grown up and its quite daunting tbh! Just want to take things kind of slow and research everything as i dont want to make any mistakes or regrets as its the biggest purchase of our lives!

Haha i know debs, its shocking the price of house around here Defo dont want to move up North now though, we were thinking about it when we came back from Cyprus but were are happy and settled now! Just wish 2/3 bed houses were cheaper than 200k!

We had our eye on a 3 bed just down the road from my mum, it got knocked down to 194,950 then sold straight away

Good luck with the house hunting! at the prices though You can get a 4 bed where I live easily for 100k

its about 5 miles from farnham which is expensive let me do a 2 bed comparrison for you on here and farnham

My only advise is... when you see the one you will know it's the one. So unless you get that feeling its not the right one for you

ph and when you put in your offer and it gets accepted you will feel SICK worrying about whether you've done the right thing but the minute you get those keys to a house that YOU own it will feel amazing

when i walked in this place i looked to see where i would put the christmas tree and that was in march lol

also you need to not look at what the decor etc looks like when you view it because you will put your own touches and colours and put your stamp on it x
