It was good thanks. It wasnt actually homestart but some nice young woman from council. She just ran through a checklist eg keep coins away, razors/bleach out of reach on bathroom, tie up blind pulls etc etc. Couple questions on list were a bit odd like 'do you feel you have enough support?' 'can you afford to heat your house ok?'. I suppose they maybe refer to other agencies.
Anyway she gave me for free...

She is also writing to my letting agency to recommend they service my boiler (I asked them and they refused as its oil not gas), but she said she can advocate on my behalf and the flue(sp?) is very close to bedroon window & apparently oil can send out CO2 sometimes.
So yup all in all it was good, and the freebies were fab
. She kept saying she wasnt telling me what to do just making recommendations on what to change.
. Im going to have to spend the whole night cleaning/tidying (washing hasnt been put in drawers for weeks, and xmas decs are still hanging out of storage boxes under bedroom window 
). When will I ever learn to tidy as i go along!!!
