| And are they any good??
I've always had ghds but I stood on them and now they're dead! I need to buy some but wondered if any of the cheaper brands were as good??(as I'm a bit skint this month)!

| I have also got ghds. I have tried other makes but havent found a pair yet that are as good and end up spending more money when I buy more ghds.
I am on my 4th pair x |

| I know what you mean. Ive had two cheap pairs years ago for hols when dd wouldn't let me take ghds and they were shite! I've just people saying others are as good and thought i could save some much needed dosh! xxx |

| I think there really is no better than GHD! I know they are quite expensive but so worth it and will last you years. If you have a student friend you can get 20% discount on asos.com (i think they still sell them?) |

| i got Vo5 ones when my GHDs broke, they were pretty decent when my hair was short but I got another set of GHDs when my hair grew |

| Nooo.. please tell me there's some good cheapies!! My straighteners do straight and curls, but the straightening bit only keeps my hair straight for about ten minutes Can't change them as they were a birthday present from my oh and he might cry How much are ghd's?? |

| my hairdresser uses the vibes which are good but i still come home and use my ghds on the bits he has missed |

| GHD's all they way for me too... I had another make before and my hair caught on them *eek* and didn't even straighten my hair. would never buy another brand now for fear Id jsut be wasting my money! |

| I've got fairly cheap ones, I've had them for oooo erm 5 years ish? Cant remember the make or how much they were though (sorry not much good really!) My hair is very fine but is fairly curlyish, they straighten it really well and it stays straight til I wash it again. xxx |
