| the sickness has stopped but shes got terrible diahorea (sp) shes had a few fingers of toast and water all day but she seems really hungry, is it still best to stay off the milk? any suggestions on what i can give her (she cant eat bananas and doesnt like apple) |

| does she like potatoes?? they are carbs so will help fill her up without being heavy, or maybe pasta? x |

| plain pasta would be good if she will eat it, hope she is better soon, i our experience runny bum is usually the end of the bug xxx |

| Yeah, I would stick with any of the above. I probably wouldnt give milk for another day, just to be on the safe side, as its probably not having milk that has made her stop being sick. Runny poos may go on for a good few days/weeks yet as it takes a while for little tummies to recover. x |
