Had to give E a sippy cup with her milk in today cos she gets sooooo frustrated by size 3 teats.

she drank 5 oz with no probs and no wind.


At this rate she will be off bottles before Alice

I think thats fine, they say to get them off bottles as soon as possible. H was off his by 12m xx

ummmmm i wouldn't think it would do her any harm! i think it's great it will save you a bit of bother trying to convince her to stop bottles - eli was nearly 6 months and took straight to a beaker so i am hoping to miss out the bottle phase altogether really

i s'pose the only thing will be at bedtime/when she is sleepy it might be a bit messy, but it may well be worth that for forfeiting the frustration what a clever girl

Caitlin 18mths and still takes bottle . My mum BF me til 6months and then I went straight to sippy cup without doing bottles.

Alice is 2 nxt month and will still only have milk out of a botlle

i was just scared that 4.5m is a bit too young, but i am just ata loss what else to do to get milk in her when she gets so frustrated with a bottle.

if she's taking to it well I'd just leave her to it! I've only just got Arwyn onto a size 2 teat but she'll drink out of a beaker fine.... weird child!!
