We have decided to get rid of our shed and buy a summerhouse for the girls (and us ).

I have found the one we want, and am now trying to decide if we should paint it, or leave it 'shed' colour. What would you do? xx

i have said yes purley because it helps protect the wood x

Paint it!!!! Get some pretty pastel shades and some summery floral materials and make curtains and bunting and scatter cusions and bean bags. Then get some pretty white iron furniture and sit in it in a pretty summer dress drinking pimms

The skip has just arrived for our old shed to go in.... im soooo excited!

Once James has measured the space when the shed is gone, we will order the summerhouse!

Looks like I will be painting it then .

I will put up a picture when its all finished!

I say paint it, but it might need touching up each year. I love Debs idea, that is exactly how I would paint a summerhouse or I'd paint it beachy and have a sandpit (with a cover or the cats will crap in it) and have mini beach holidays in the garden lol xxxxxx

Right, its decided, im painting it. I will probably do it the colours on the photo, as I know it looks nice.

We will decorate it inside by putting up some ply wood on the walls - just how it is in the pic!

Dilly... we will defo get a little sandpit and get the paddling pools out. They have a bouncy castle too. We wont need to leave the house this summer!
