munch has had a poo but shes asleep
i could smell somethin so went in there room and smelt bums (the joy) and smells like munch!
so should i wake her and change her bum or leave her to sleep??

Personally I would lift her and change her. Iv had to do it before but usually Caitlin wakes soon after anyway. Keep the lights low and do it as quickly and quietly as you can.

Caitlin prone to nappy rash and lying all night in poo and stale urine is a quick way to get it! x

Good luck! Tbh she prob would wake at some point in the night uncomfortable and its best for you to do it now rather than at 3am! Hope it aint too pongy lol x
