I've often read posts where people talk about cleaning and tidying up when the baby/toddler goes for a nap - it always makes me do this>

Nap times in my house are for BANDA, fb and skype. It is my 'me time' and god forbid anybody interupt it with a stupid phone call or knock at the door

Granted I then have to spend the last hour of the day running round like a loon making the house look presentable for OH getting home (does anybody else do this?). When the kids are up, if were not going out, we just potter about playing, reading, singing, dancing etc and I do little jobs around them.

Nap time is FB/Banda or nap time for me too. I dont do too much cleaning then eg I might clear up the worst of the toys eg kick everything into a heap in corner Oh and grab something to eat if I havent had time yet.

I need to do more during the day though and not nap. I got a fecked up sleeping pattern going on that I need to break. I was leaving all my chores till late at night, really wish i was motivated to do them round Caitlin. Seems false economy though - as soon as I hoover she has dropped crumbs again and she can now unload the washing machine nearly as fast as I load it so takes ages lol!

Mines banda/fb and catch up with my online programmes if i got any to watch x cant really do any tidying up when callums asleep as were in a flat and im too noisey xx

Nap times for me are usually tinter-web times too.
When Ollie goes down I run round like a loon, wash the pots, put the washer on, quick tidy round and prep something for tea. Then I get about and hour to catch up on my sky+'ed things and come on here.

There are certain jobs that I save for when moo gets up such as emptying the washer and folding clothes and dusting and hoovering as he does love to help me with these jobs I try to get the kitchen jobs done as he gets so board when were in the kitchen Typical man!!

i'm on here, but naptime consists of Arwyn sleeping across my lap and a pillow just now i'll eventually get her into her cot!!

When my LO 'naps' in the day I usually sit on the laptop telling myself to get up and tidy but can't muster the energy then at the end of the day I'm running around like a headless chicken trying to make the house presentable.

I will tend to do the dishes and maybe Hoover then I watch recorded programmes and come here.
Sone times id love to sleep tho, I just can't let myself or I won't get up again lol

nao time is without a trace ir csi on the tv and SOCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

naptime for me and elijah is ummm naptime just now seeing as he is being a night-terror so either the two of us snuggled in bed (my bed not the bloomin' cot of course, might as well take it down!) or me holding eli and watching whatever some kind person has recorded for me on tv (yesterday it was the gypsies yaaay )

I quickly shove Immi's toys in the corner then it's me time. Pre pregnancy i used to come on here, fb and another (non-baby) forum, but recently I've just been sleeping all through her naps.

for me i'm usually out and about when they nap so i just carry on with the stuff i'm doing, but when we're home i go and get in a workout while they sleep...they only sleep for an hour but sam sorts them when they wake upbso i can finish
