Is there anything I can do?

My nose is sore, it tiggles and i'm sneezing so much. i'm coughing loads. I was sick this morning as there was so much mucus on my chest. and last night i could actually hear i can only explain it as snoring. my chest was snoring. its not now.

but i just want to curl up and sleep.

i'm about to take some paracetamol but anything else i can do.

please dont say steam, i feel so hot i think i'd faint if i did that

can you get out to a pharmecy? they might be able to give you something?

I was there this morning but they were close until 9am. I was getting everything i needed for the day before working from home at 9am

i want this day to hurry up so i can sign off from work and turn the mobile off

A drink of hot juice? I like hot ribena. Vicks/karvol on a tissue?

olbas and vicks are safe...and body shop peppermint foot cooling spray was amazing, i used to just spray it in my room cos it made the air feel cool sorry you are feeling so awful you could also do hot water with honey and lemon juice
