NOt been feeling too fab since yesterday. Spent most of yesterday evening just feeling 'off' which couldnt describe properly. Was nauseous and tummy felt a bit unsettled though it came to nothing plus felt very teary and irritable for no apparent reason and totally exhausted. Had weird feeling like something bad was gonna happen but couldnt have told you what or in reference to what. Any way i figured was just over tired so took myself to bed about 9.

Slept til 9 today but wasnt restful, was awake constnatly with hip pain and the damn cat fighting me for bed space no matter how many times i flung him out or neil snoring then was up at 6 to make c a bottle and from 8 til 830 with her bouncing on our heads cos neil was trying to wriggle out of getting up with her and had bought her in with us. Today im still feeling really washed out and tired, had a sleep from 230 til 4 when c napped, still feeling quite nauseous. But the weird thing is i seem to have hardly peed since yesterday (sorry tmi). Last night i woke once in 12 hours and hardly did anything and hardly did anything this morning either. Have had 2 large glasses of fresh juice today and 2 large glasses of sugar free doctor pepper and am about to go off and make another big glass of squash. But i only seem to have gone like twice and even then is juat the tiniest amount.

Any thoughts? I was meant to put in a sample at docs a week ago and forgot so will do it tommorrow just to rule out a wee infection but not sure where the fluids going lol. My legs are swollen but only as much as usual. Very odd. Lil miss been a bit quiet this morning but was having a good jiggle after my nap

Hmmm keep an eye on it hun, if these drinks don't get things moving I think you should call the MW and mention it. Definitely get that sample in either way xxx

Sounds like it maybe could be a uti or something would maybe explain the nausea hun.

I would keep an eye on things and if you still feel off tomorrow leave a wee sample into the docs. Hope you feel better soon xx

Yeah just about to go make some dilute suqash as i just loathe water. Had a bit of fizz 1st to see if it settled the nausea as it usually does.

Im gonna pop the sample in 2moro but i cant say much has made me think its a water infection, ive got home pee dip sticks to keep an eye on protein so ive checked with those today when i did go. At work when i do tests signs of infection can be shown in colour changes in the protein, leucocytes, nitrites and blood boxes but have only had a bit of colour change in protein and leucocytes and both of those can be explained away cos ive had mild protein all the way thru and leucocytes can come from the bladder lining in very concentrated samples which mine have been as ive done so little since yesterday. So could be could be not. Guess only the lab can confirm that but im a bit flummoxed by it esp with the other not feeling too good symptoms. Its mre irritating that its nothing really specific.

Will text my mw in morning but not sure what to tell her. Not sure how seriously she would take me telling her i feel a 'bit off andnot quote right' without too much specific and a prego woman worrying about NOT peeing lol. Like the title says, Odd

Oh and a horrible taste in mouth and throat though that cud be cos reflux was bad last night and ended up with acid in my mouth

Could it be anything to do with the diabetes? I've no idea but just a thought.

I'm thinking it might be an issue with your kidneys rather than in infection. I would definitely tell the MW as it's certainly unusual not to wee after all that liquid. Hope your ok hun xxx

Well finally 2.5 litres of fluid later kidneys woke up and realised they had some work to do and then spent most of evening peeing. Slowed up again a bit this morning so just keep chugging i guess, im betting summat daft like dehydration but gonna pop a sample in later though i dont think its a water infection. Got a lot of pain right at top of bump when i move and still a bit nauseous but otherwise cool

Text mw as she wasnt in office this am just saying cud she ring me if she got 5 re my apt this week as drivings painful now with hips and pain in right side and she text back saying she wud come see me at home thurs pm.

Glad to see you've peed, I was getting worried, not peeing is a big sign of pre-e along with the nausea and not feeling quite right! I know youve got it in check with your own dipsticks an monitoring your bp but it can't hurt to get a doctors opinion on it x

Yeah trying not to let my mind wander to pre-e kayleigh esp with the top of bump pain and nausea as well but its always in back of mind dont worry. Am keeping an eye on my weight in case it starts rocketing with swelling and checking pee a cpl times a week with the sticks. Seeing mw thurs and have written it all down as im not always good at remembering when i am actually at a clinic appt
