| SO hungry!! I want to eat a load of shite - chocolate, ice cream, cake, fry ups, burgers, pizza (not all at once of course) but I'm being a good girl and sticking to my slim fast diet, even though it doesn't seem to be getting me very far... lost 3lb and have been on it for like two weeks now...   |

| 2 stone???  there'll be nothing left!  Do ya know - there might be some sort of truth in what Suzi says though hun. I've been on slimming world now for 2 months and lost a stone and a half (must update that ticker  ) and I find the weeks I lose most are the ones where I've had a naughty day. Some weeks I stick to it religeously and don't lose - never thought about it before though - thanks suzi. Might have to have me a naughty week and maybe I'll lose a stone?  xx |

| its something my mum was told at weight watchers - the body gets used to only having the healthy bits and bobs and occasional naughty snack but if you have one day off of it the body does get fooled and it will kick start it again x |
