Right my mum is having her birthday party next week and we would really like to compile a playlist/song list some how so we can just put it on press play and dont have to worry baout changing cds or anything stupid like that i dont have an ipos or anything like that is there a way tpo do it online or anything thankx XXX

You could use WMP to compile the list and then use speakers

set up a playlist in Windows Media Player then use your computer's speakers or attach bigger speakers if you need it louder.

You just drag and drop songs from your library into a playlist.

Another option to speakers is to link to the TV using the S video cable - most lappies & Tvs have them...look on the side - looks like this (check both have the same number of holes)



That way if you have any music videos you can play them on the TV too - but also if you only have laptop speakers then the TV tends to play music a bit better
