Try not to worry about the money. If you can manage to scrape by time with the boys at this age is more important. You can always increase your hrs again in a few years when theyre at school/nursery. x

I dropped to a .6 week when I went back. I love doing a 3 day week and was pleasantly suprised when I got my first months pay as I was paying a lot less tax and pension etc so it wasn't too bad. Once ellie is at school I'll go back full time as my pension is based on my final salary boohoo

It's all about balance hun so enjoy it.
