Was supposed to have my 31 week GP check tomorrow, but had a phonecall earlier to say my GP isn't well so could they reschedule my appointment for Monday. I was looking forward to it too, as every appointment is another milestone. Booo xx

What does your gp check you for mate?

I've never had an appointment with my gp, for pregnancy. DO they do the same as midwives?

when i had my first they alternated my appointments with gp and m/w

i questioned why i was not seeing my gp in my last preg and was told its basically first time mums that went to see gp

Random. Ive only seen my gp when ive been ill with pg eg after the fast heart rate etc. Mw or consultants done everything else. Wonder if thats a regional thing

strange i was the same mario (or is it marion now? ) only saw g.p to grovel for medication! that's a shame about your appointment though - i used to really look forward to new measurements/heartbeat and things, it was another tick and a little bit closer to mummyhood

Yeah here with your first pregnancy you see the GP for checks at 26 weeks, 31 weeks and 36 weeks. MW at booking, 16 weeks, 28 weeks, 34 weeks, 38 weeks and 40 weeks and then obviously after that if you go overdue xx

Same kinda appt schedule then i think but here mw does it all, odd really considering how near you are to me. Mondays not far off chicken xxx

I know yeah, funny how things differ from Oxfordshire to Wiltshire isn't it. I know im just impatient hehe xx
