eli just managed to pull a bit of wire off our (month old) fire guard - it's obviously not been welded correctly (we checked but missed that bit obviously) - there are now 3 razor sharp lumps of wire sticking out at eye height, i am f*cking fuming!!!
argos/lindam aren't going to hear the end of this one...

That is really bad!! I'd defo give them hell. Can you tape a bit of padding to it just for the time being? Is Eli okay, he isn't hurt is he? xxx

he isn't hurt (thankfully) i'm just p*ssed off - fair enough it's supposed to protect him from the fire (or vice versa!) but it isn't meant to poke his bloody eyes out! we have put a bit of tape over it for now but we will take it back as soon as i can sort a replacement out grrr
