I am on FB chat talking to a friend and for some reason the whole of my upper body started shaking a lot for about a min

Maybe mention it to the dr, get your OH to keep an eye on you until monday - go to out of hrs if you are really worried though.

All forms of epilepsy are different. Stuart would have full body seizures (grand mals) aswell as blackouts (petis mals), what I would say is stuart isnt aware when he is having a fit and def cant remember them/what part of his body moved/shook. Even when he has the small blackouts he would deny that he did as he is so unaware.

Im not saying you def didnt have a fit, but from my experience of epilepsy it doesnt sound like it. Hope you ok now. xxx

I wouldnt have thought so, virutally all seizures are accompanied by a lack of comprehension of the seizure and often by a period of confusion known as being post ictal afterwards. Anxiety attack possibly? Or are you poorly atm and might have been a bit of rigoring/shivering?

Emz, there's probably nothing to worry about but would go checked out ate doctors asap.

Mario could be right. I read online that anxiety and shaking can be caused by fatigue. Were you feeling over tired when it happened?

umm., might be a slight fit. but sounds a bit more like a panic attack.. how was your breathing while/after it?

i have alot of these from shakes, to freaking to lose of control of breathing..
