mmm its a good laugh. it hurts which makes you think its working but Im not entirely convinced.

It looks exacty the same as a power plate which along with other exercise and healthy eating works very well but it's by no means a way of toning up etc on it's own. You exercise on it, it makes your muscles vibrate while you do it which helps you strengthen muscle because you have to keep yourself steady.

You are suppose to hold positions on it, so you might do a lunge onto it, you hold that and your muscles vibrate. You can use it to do exercise like step I believe.
There's lots of moves you can do but I've not done a full induction on it. There is a big sign with exercises in my gym I've not got round to looking at it properly yet

We went, it was so funny but god i ache already, we didnt do exercises on it this time but will build up to! Robert just sat watching my bum all the time!

Ah, now i know what you are talking about! My friend has been doing powerplates for a couple of years now and you can see a reall difference to her shape, much more toned. But she also combines with group speed walking/joggin and weight watchers. She has done so well. In the past three years she has lost over 5 stone!
