I hate this habit of pickingthe skin around my nails so much sometimes I make them bleed, then once they are healing I do it again, I cant leave alone. Do you have any bad habits?

cracking my joints...every joint in my body cracks...apart from my elbow i think, even my wrists and arm sockets and leg sockets...it gross, but hurts if i dont crack them
every time i so muych as move my feet my toes crack x

I scratch my scalp...it doesn't itch and I have no idea why I do it - but If im not doing anything with my hands, watching tv or concentrating on something I find myself doing it! odd!

I also love squeezing spots and blackheads

i also have a bad habit when im board of tying little knots in my hair(not tight obvs) with 1 hand...my mum does this too, weird x

I wet my lips with my tongue when I am concentrating and it drives OH mad.

Not as mad as him picking the skin on his feet drives me though.

i do the finger picking thing amanda have done for aslong as i can remember, drives my mum n oh mad but whatever i try i cant stop lol

bad habits..hmm..I will pick my teeth with whatever I can, usually will tear off a piece of paper from something and use it..as I am too lazy to dig for the floss in the bathroom bins. I chew the dry skin off my lips..have chewed my fingernails when stressed..and often use my sleeve or tshirt hem to wipe noses when tissue isn't anywhere to be found.

I pick my teeth too. I unwind paperclips at work and do it constantly, I must be costing the public sector a fortune.

Spot squeezing, nose wiping, skin picking... Yep I'm guilty of them all!

im a tooth picker too! drives the OH barmy. hate fluffy teeth lol

I pick the skin around my finger nails too, they are a mess just now! Just my thumbs and one index finger though, I stopped biting my nails just before I got pregnant so this has replaced it

My other horrid habit is picking my nose when I was pregnant I always got massive hard bogeys up my nose and the only way I could get them out was finger mining! I still do it now.... gross!!

ohh another one jen mentioned, biting the skin off my lips. i have such dry skin on my lips, no matter how much vaseline i put on so i constantly pick and bite the skin off

Errrr me too, I love picking them off and sometimes I rip them off a bit too far - ouch

i bite the skin of my lips.. i pick my teeth when i got food suck round them n i pick my nose too but only infront of perry n my mum.. i hate having boggies up there.. cant stand it lol...

oh n i pick my ears in the shower to clean them.. and i blow my nose in the shower.


perrry is gross. he is a nose picker in front of every one. n where he has his ears stretched they really smell and he rubs the smell on this fingers and then onto his nose.. he also likes picking scabs.. doesnt matter who they below too.. ewww

i bite my skin around my fingers. and i always scratch the back of my head. i have ecsma and it drives me mad. i also pick my mascara off my eyelashes so im left with loads of flaky mascara all over my face. i pick my toenails too!! eurgh!!

I thought i was the only one, i dont suck my thumb all the time just if i'm really really tired!

I also scratch my scalp alot and i have no idea why! I also have a silky pillow case that i've had since i was little which i always have in bed with me, i sound like i'm about 6 not 26!!

I suck my thumb more than I prob realise! I def do it more when tired or zoned out watching tv. If im occupied I dont think about it though im pretty sure iv caught myself on in Tesco before lol. I rub my nose/cheek with my fingers when I do it

Funny iv never got bullied for it. Iv always done it, even in school and no one annoyed me about it. People did laugh but I didnt care and they soon stopped mentioning it. Its maybe true that alot of bullying only happens if the person is bothered by it. I do it in front of MIL/FIL/friends....No one comes between me and my thumbs
