| what washing powder do u all use? and what age does lo have to be before u can change back to bio? i use persil non bio which has always been fine but recently im finding more and more that its not taking out marks off tops or trousers that shud be easily washed off jst simple stains which generally cud be wiped off so im lookin to change jst wondering if bio was better for cleaning clothes rather than non bio! |

| Im still using fairy non bio gel but I think I may change when this lot runs out. It isnt taking all the stains out and for a while their the machine was a bit whiffy and I think thats to do with using gels and low temps. The fairy is so expensive, il look and see what offers there are. My skin is quite sensitive as is Caitys so it may be trial and error for a bit! |

| fairy is reaaaaaaally expensive - we only buy it when it's on offer and buy a couple of boxes/bottles ( i like the gel one best but only when asda baby event is on haha). tesco's own non-bio is pretty cheap and smells nice, but so far we have only had grubby bibs to contend with (most of them are stained haha) - we only wash at 30 though unless its a code brown/nappy wash |

| we use fairy non bio gel for Arwyn's clothes, I buy a few when they are on offer so I have looooooads in my cupboard. I have a vanish spray that I put on the stains before they go in the wash and they always come out looking great |

| when leo was a baby, the only washpowder that didnt irritate his skin was daz, but i switched onto persil when ollie was born and both have been fine, but asd you say theyre rubbish at getting stains out, so tried fairy gel and thats pants too so once this fairy runs out i think im swithching back to daz so long as ollies skin suits it x |

| Bio is def better for getting the stains out, I found fairy stopped washing as good and now persil too. hubby seems to think its cuz im putting too much in the washer though, i dont as i havent started adding any more clothes than normal, i did blame it on the old washing machine but have had a new 1 since so cant really blame it on that I cant buy bio and I love the smell of them, as hubby comes out in a rash really bad, its not fair I want my clothes to smell like a summer meadow or a snazzy beach sometimes x |

| I use soap nuts or Tesco colour care or bio tablets. Although I find the soap nuts don't get the collars and cuffs on white shirts clean.
I never bothered with non-bio for Wil except for the stuff I washed before he was born.
I don't like the smell of fairy so I never buy it. |
