I wouldn't say buy their products (as that can cause more problems like added pressure etc...) but the info on their site is really good and helpful and as most Banda ladies know I had a chem preg last year and that caused my periods to disappear for 20 weeks and a few days so hubby and I decided to resume ttc again after my 1st period and my 1st period came on Jan 6th this year and by reading this site about ov signs etc I fell on my 1st cycle.

Normally I ov on day 12 but I got ewcm (not something I'd normally look for or notice) on day 19 so did the deed to cover all bases (not that hubby was complaining!)
