It's lovely here this morning the sun is shining and it's warm for once make me feel nice and cheerful (for now I'm sure will be grumpy later) I have work at 4 what sucks as munch still poorly and Ian's still poorly, but apart from that we are all good

morning hun,
i've just had the dietician come to see me, because i'm a big lady and around here we have to be monitored for weight through pregnancy, but she weighed me (oh the joy) and i've only put on a couple of kilos which apparently is really good.

so will conintue with the choc ice cream diet i'm on lol.

rich is off school due to teacher training so we going to have a day of doing nothing and russ as gone into work.
