ok, partly my own fault for thinking the wee nurger was actually in his bed!!!

went up stairs to check on alasdair, tuck him in etc. oh he is tucked in alright, all nice and snug. out like a light he is.

but my top landing is SATURATED!! he has used the bath beaker i use to rinse the hair and managed to get the bath tap on and tipped water all over. it is sodden! 8 towels and its still sopping wet! gonna have to vax it!!! suppose the bonus is, i will have a cleaner top landing lol!!

i think i need to start wearing my hearing aids, hes so fly i can hardly hear him half the time!! he drowned the baby monitor in the toilet, i always have it on.

i dunno how he can get the stair gate on his room open, its not the squeeze and lift ones, he mastered them a long time ago, its the move the caatch, lift the gate one, the lindam extend-able one. NOTHING is alasdair safe! he is a one child battering ram!

whoopsy!

Not an option for you cos you have others kids, but I'm getting little hook latches to put on the top of the bathroom and the toilet door!
The other morning she got up and I didn't hear her, she went in the bathroom and emptied half a bottle of baby shampoo (luckily it was the johnsons which was clear...not the halos and horns which is bright!) it was all over the floor, again lucky its lino and then she tramped it all over the landing carpet!

i usually lock the up stairs bathroom from the outside, garry goes into the en suit if he needs the toilet. i just blankety blank forgot tonight! i had hook eyes on the kitchen, he bashed thru them! he seriously is a terror. nothing is indestructible

lol monkey boy strikes again. His last tirade before sleep. Least he's snorin. He's normally tearin around just now.

the puddle goes from one end of the landing to the other, its a pretty big landing!

yeesh, will you have your carpets up to get floor boards dry? You can hire dehumidifiers (is that the thing I'm thinking of? That you get from insurance companies if you've had a flood in your house?) the wee minx!! xx

i was thinknig the vax to suck up the water? get most of it up? got heating on full blast, the pipes all lay under that floor so its usually toasty. hoping i dont have to do anything dramatic
