PostSubject: anyone used mothercare's own sleeping bags?   anyone used mothercare's own sleeping bags? EmptyTue Mar 01, 2011 7:36 am

just wondering, i (still) need to get eli a couple of new ones and i'm wondering where from - we had grobag ones first which were lovely quality but we can't really afford more, then mamas and papas dreampods which i can only describe as hit or miss! they went really bobbly easily and seem to be completely different thicknesses/materials...odd.

so i notice mothercare's ones are bogof just now i was wondering how they are longevity-wise???

Wil has these

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Slumbersac-Baby-Sleeping-Travel-Bag-12-36-M-2-5-TOG-MS-/380163940704?pt=UK_Baby_NurseryBedding_RL&hash=item5883896160

He has various designs and togs.

The sleeping bags with zips down the front where the zip starts at the top are good because LOs can't get them off. The ones with poppers on the shoulders are easy to get out of because you only have to wriggle a lot.

he has one with the zip at the front and one at the side - i think you are right the front one is better, he seems to sleep easier in it, plus i just saw a review of the mothercare ones...not only do they zip at the front but they only have one popper so he would pop that open!
