| Mcdonalds always works for me too, fresh orange juice helps as well. Other than that if im feeling particularly rough i drink lots of water until im sick lol and then i feel a bit better. |

| Can of full fat coke, this was recommended to me by the doctors when i used to work at the NHS as they said that all the sugar in it helps perk you back up. Also eating stodgy food! |

| so putting everybody else's responses together you need caffeine, salt and sugar  Next time drink a couple of glasses of water before you go to bed and that should lessen the hangover. |
