| I bought 2 things on Sunday; I bought 1 and then saw it said Economy delivery only, 6-8 days..which I didn't want to wait.I wanted 2 of these items anyway so got another one from another seller who offered Express Delivery, next day service at £5.45...so i paid the extra Now do you expect that when you order on a weekend that the item gets posted Monday? So me paying extra should get it Tuesday? Well the economy one managed to get here today, from Belfast, with a 1st class stamp...I didnt expect it for a week seeing as it said 6-8 ecomony. Yet the one I have paid extra for is no where to be seen. The woman has updated it to say it was despatched yesterday...but I bet she didnt otherwise I'd have had it! So I messaged her and said can I have the tracking number as its not arrived. Im going to ask for a refund of the extra I paid cos I don't see why I should pay for next day delivery if she doesnt send it right away - she may as well have put a normal stamp on it! |

| Yeah, sounds like she posted it yesterday, but she may have missed the last post/collection at the post office. Not really good enough though x |

| It's takes the bloody p*%s I bought 2 nursing bras on the 21st Jan and expected them a couple of days later as she had put postage down as 2nd class. When I hadn't received them after a week I emailed the seller on the 30th Jan and asked if she had sent them, she told me they had been sent the day after I paid....lo and behold when I got them the postage mark said they had been posted on the 31st Jan. I would ask for a refund also |

| ohh that really riles me - they must think people are stupid - ive had it happen more than once!
Thing is as a seller I have actually twice not sent something on time and have been totally honest and said I forgot and they were fine - I still got positive feedback but when they lie you want to give them something bad! |

| Id give a neutral if the item is ok - only because you dont know 100% if she just sent them out again and claimed off royal mail for the others being lost - ive had that done before too |

| I would ask for a refund of the extra postage and would give her negative feedback if she gets stroppy.
Naomi - for yours I would go back to them and tell her you are not happy with the amount of time it took to arrive and see what she responds with. If she apologises and offers you something back that you are happy with then I'd leave positive, no response I would leave neutral and if she gets stroppy I would leave negative. |
