Hi ladies

As you all know me and Matt have split up and i'm still living there till the council get me a house.

My problem is this. Over the past week he has been telling me he loves me and that he misses me and has been trying to cuddle me and have sex with me.

He's text me a few times saying he can't live like this and he's empty inside, Another lonely night on the sofa for me etc...... Is this really supposed to make me feel guilty or what? What is it supposed to achieve.

He came into bed this morning and started cuddling me and asking for sex. Of course i said no. The he asked if he is supposed to accept that this is me gone? I have had to keep reminding him that he ended this and it's what he chose yadda yadda. He then said he doesn't want me to go.

WTF is going on here. I mean he finished the relationship and is now trying to make me feel sorry for him???? What is he wanting???? I honestly don't think he knows himself.

Looks to me like he's not grown up enough for a proper adult relationship. It seems like he's happy when he gets what he wants, but when he don't he acts like a spoilt child. He needs a serious look at himself.

Now he's decided he's finding it too hard living here and is going to leave till i move out. Yay for that but come on!!!!! It's bloomin hard for me too. I'm dealing with a toddler, a pregnancy, packing boxes and legal council crap as well as chasing everybody up.

I can't take no more!!!!! argghhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

he doesnt like the fact that you are taking active steps to leave the relationship so its trying to throw a spanner in the works.

i also think that even if you do change your mind (i hope you dont) he will never change and you will be back to square 1.

i hope you dont think i am being too harsh but i have been in a similar situation and nothing ever changed as its too easy for them to slip back into their ways, the only time they change is for someone else, and not even then sometimes!

Tell me bout it Jo. It's hard enough feelin sick and trying to pack boxes at the same time. The emotional trauma is definately uncalled for.

I've shut myself down. There will be time to cry later and i don't want Mia seeing me all upset so i'll deal with that once i move. I've got 2 babies to think about and i'm not bowing to him any longer.

Rach - i hope not. My ex stalked me for bout 4 months. I had to get an interdict and everything. I don't want to go through that again.

You need to keep a record of when things happen etc. Go to a lawyer. they'll walk you through it x

She should be entitled to legal aid. Ask them. There's 2 seperate applications. 1 for the lawyer part and 1 for the court part and the sheriff officer to serve it x

Not really. All you need to do is record everything that happens and take it to a lawyer. They do the rest. All she needs to do is sign the form. The lawyer fills it out for you x
