Can I pick your brains pl???? Have I remembered rightly that you live on the Isle of Wight?

Whats it like to live there? What are the good and 'bad' towns if any? Is it big? Is there only one hospital, and if so what is the closest town to it?

There are often jobs coming up for my position in the hospital, and I was just wondering if it would be a good option to apply......or would you not advise it??

Your thoughts please????

Yes I live on the jolly old isle of Wight it's a lovely place to live if you like country side and the sea side! There are 2diff sides of the island you have the county and the cemishal (sp) side where all the tourists go what is cowes and sandown then you have totland,Yarmouth and freshwater what is small villages and country side!
The hospital is the only one on the island it's central island it's a small hospital compared to mainland ones but it's a nice hospital Ian has worked there for 10yrs this year and I'm hoping to get job up there soon. Newport is a nice place to live I live just out side of it there are a few bad spots like a place called pan estate what's not nice but thats the only one I can think of!
It's a very safe feeling island somewhere your happy to bring your children up and not feel like they can't play in the garden with out being worried!

Ive applied, but it really is a massive jump for me so not expecting anything from it.....but if I get an interview i will be coming to the island for an overnight stay, so we must say hello!!!

Its in the Pharmacy department - Chief Technician, its a band 7 so im not hopeful.....but you just never know????

I'd love to come and meet you and the girls so lets hope I get an interview if nothing else xxx
