| I have treated myself and am getting a treadmill later! Woop! So, what music would you run to? I need about half an hours worth, as this is what I plan on doing every day to get rid of my Lily tummy! x |

| I find 90's music is good as it has a good beat so you can get a rhythm. You don't want anything to hard, fast or too slow. So my vote goes for cheesy pop lol. I do dance as exercise and dance to 80's and 90's stuff xxxxxxxxxx |

| would depend on your mood really.
If your feeling rather peeved off from the day and want to let it out whilst your running a bit of rock maybe (not too heavy though )
or some club music |

| Rock isnt too bad, I dont think I could cope with clubbing music though. Hmmm... I will have to check my iphone for cheesy music too! I will get onto it this afternoon and set up them all up so I can just flick them on for running. Any suggestions on particular songs would be muchly appreciated xx |

| There is a CD you can buy called Music to Run too do not buy it it is crap, some songs are so slow and they are in no particular order so one song might be fast, the next slow you need something with a constant beat or maybe make your own CD with warm up slower music then going onto faster music then going back onto the slower music so you can cool down xxxxxxxx |

| the nike mixes are quite good if you are after a longer track - they are about 45 minutes, i have 'nike all day - aesop rock' and 'nike drive - the crystal method' they are continuous and have a sort of constant rhythm but both change pace at different parts to keep it interesting. you can get them off itunes - really handy if you don't like random tracks messing up your pace there are a few more but i don't know what they are like - type nike sport music into itunes search bar if you have it |
