| ...and everything was okay, I saw little Pip's heartbeat, it was amazing. Bubs is still measuring about a week behind so although I'm 8 weeks preg based on LMP I am actually only 7 weeks. I've got another scan next week as all my miscarriages happen between weeks 7 and 8 so my fingers are crossed all will be okay next week. It should be I'm taking the drugs I've been given each and every day.
My consultant asked me if I would like a scan next week or not and I said yes please just for reassurance so she said that was fine and that's what she wanted to suggest but understands how much of a hassle it is for us to get to the hospital. (The hospital is in the next county and we rely on public transport, so if I have a 8:30 appointment I have to get up at 6am and leave at 7am with 2 very tired children!!.)
It is not so bad if it an 11:30 appointment but 1.5 hours of walking and travelling is tiring for MJ (and me!! lol) xxxxxxxxx |

| They are so bizarre. The one we get is the Number 1 that comes every 10 mins BUT it doesn't come into the village so we have to walk out of the village to Farnborough Main train station to get the No. 1 then take a 10 min journey (and get charged £5.80 (before 9am) or £3.50 for the pleasure!!!!) then walk from Frimley town up to the hospital (and try not to die crossing the busy main road up by the hospital lol)
There is a number 2 that comes through the village so we could walk into the village centre and catch that bus as it does go right up to the hospital but it is unreliable and takes about 40 odd mins to get there and they always have the heating on full blast and a mum to be on a hot bus for 40 long (and bumpy) minutes suffering with quite bad all day sickness is not a very good plan, last time we went on it Paul said I went white as a sheet and even MJ was on the verge of passing out and nearly threw up!!!! So we avoid that one now lol xxxxxxxxx |

| oh god!
I'm thankful I've got the car to use as i'd hate to have to get the bus up there. I'd have to walk to farnborough town to get a bus and rowan dont do buggys any more and takes him just over an hour to walk to town |
