| Is it just my OH or are all men really slack when it comes to kids?? Honestly, my OH is reasonably intellegent. At work, peoples lives can be at risk if he makes a mistake so he has to be on the ball at all times. So why is it that when it comes to girls I'm often left thinking ???? xx |

| I reached the conclusion long ago that men are in fact 2 people - home and work the work one is sensible, intelligent and capable and the home one is not. My mum used to say that my very intelligent dad left his brain in a jar at work because he certainly didn't bring it home. I work with my OH and he even treats me differently at work (he is actually quite pleasant ) |

I met my OH at work and you can imagine my shock when we moved in and I met Paul#2 He is like a split personality, luckily I quite like home paul too but I still prefer work paul I actually miss work paul and would love to work with him again when the kids go to school. Pepper - Paul is exactly the same, he is reasonably intelligent and holds down a good job but the second he walks through our front door at 5pm he switches off completely xx |

| This is soo true! Shayne is a completely different person at work than he is at home! When I see him interact with clients..I have to look twice because I don't recognize the man I am married to! At home he is partially retarded..deaf..blind..and a royal pain in the ass! |

| oh crumbs maybe i have a saint, but russ is the same at work and home i think, i have no issues with him caring for rich at all in fact saturday night we went ot a family party and he had a little to drink.
rich went to the toilet and russ saw some boys follow him in, russ went straight in and found them pushing rich on the floor about to hurt him, he told them to get out, checked rich was ok and come and told me, but he was so calm, he didnt want rich to see he was angry, because that would have set rich off.
we did sit down on sunday afternoon and talk to rich about it, but have to say i married an almost saint, he still does things that annoys me, but he is a man lol |

| Tehe, im glad I stumbled on this thread! Yep, couldnt agree more. I went out for dinner the other night with some girl friends and I had to text him a step by step guide what needs to be done with Lily (I put Aimee to bed before I went): Clean Nappy at 8pm, followed by bottle and then bed. He STILL managed to text me 3 times because he didnt 'get it!' x |
