| I am rubbish at putting on weight, I look like a horrible bony rake, and I wish I could be rounder and curvy, but even if I eat like a horse I don't seem to get there So, are there any foods that are good for fattening you up in a healthy way? I could eat cake until the cows came home (and then eat them too - yum!) but that's probably not the healthiest option.. I love pasta, rice, bread, eat big portions too Especially as I'm pregnant, I'd like to be putting on more weight. I'm only putting on about a kilo a month which is not as much as I should.. (I think they recommend about 500g a week, not sure though) Help me get fat!! |

| I would say always go for the most fattening option. Don't have spread on your sandwiches have propper butter, drink full fat milk. Increase your portion size. A friend of mine always used to have a glass of full fat milk before bed and when she stopped she lost about a stone, from that alone. So maybe try to eat something before you go to bed so that you're not burning off the calories? Milk would be good for any heartburn too! HTH x |

| yeah eat what i eat too ...that makes me apparently obese in the bmi scales seriously though...eat bigger portions and try eating later on at night as not to burn calories during sleep you must have a very very fast metabolism so eat more, more often too good luck on getting fat! ps. i can send you some of my fat if you like? I'm wanting to get rid of 2 stone? xxx |
