Why argh.
It's pay day for our two weekly employees today.
Someone has just rang me to say they've been underpaid. It's got so flipping confusing.
We just paid 19th Feb to 4th March. I asked him how many days he worked he said 9. I asked for those dates and he said 22,23,24,25,26,28,28, 5, 6.
I have him down as being on holiday 22,23,24 Feb so i tell him this and he says yes. But you said you were working. yes i did on those days. argh
I asked again what days did you work he then says 25,26,27,28,1,2,3,4!!!!!!!
I asked him have you got your time sheets in front of you. he says NO.
there was much more to this convo i wont list it all but why the hell would you phone and not at least have your paper work if you dont know the days you worked.
When i told him you have been paid for your 3 days holiday on the 22,23 and 24th he started going why have i not been paid my holiday!!! They just dont listen
some people are just bloody awkward
