i dont think im going to go to the interview on tue, for a couple of reasons(if i even got the job that is)
!)i will be leaving a secure contracted job, with full holiday and sick pay, to go to a recruitment agency with no contract...at time, and the financial situation our country is in, i dont think that would be a good move
2)the hours will not fit in with my children...ie 6pm start...i cant find a childminder or nursery that start that early, plus it would mean dragging them out of bed at 5am to be dressed and fed...yes it would probibly only be 2-3 times weekly of i got the morning shift
3) on the hours agreement bit, it basicaly says if they ring and need me to do overtime, them im obliged to do it...basically be flexible...which i cant be
4)you have to pay £40 for the CRB check, witch atm with lastweeks MOT i dont have as iv had to pay my mum £150

i am so gutted, i really want to do the job, but i have to think about what is the most sensible thing to do and what is going to cause more stress
i HATE my job so much,so i wont be going...i am going to carry on job searching for a contracted job...and preferably staying within the NHS

I would go for the interview anyway because it is good practice for the future when you do find a job that works for you.

It is also a massive confidence boost if you get offered it and can turn it down.

good point there gill...im just scared if i get offerd it(which i will find out on the day) ask the questions i want to know, they might convince me to take it, i will have to pay the £40 then will see sense again...im no good at saying no x
