ive just about had enough right now. spent a long crap shift at work today. how do some people get into the caring profession when they think its ok to lie to vulnerable ppl

cant say overmuch but i had a patient today who had to be sectioned and the social worker made her certain promises she had no intention of keeping then rang me, told me she had gone against what she had said and i had to clear up her crap and tell the patient. cue me dealing with someone hurt and having had their trust betrayed by someone in a position of trust and authority

im so mad.

knew i should have taken you all up on your offer to let me ring in dead
