I have my smear test tomorrow and I am dreading it.
I get very tense.
When I was PG my sweep couldn't be done as I was really tense. I asked Dr about something to relax me and they don't do tablets anymore
Any relaxation tips? x

sorry hun I dont know.. maybe you can by yourself a treat afterwards so when your tehre you can me thinkign about what treat you want... ummm I dunno I hate doctors full stop let aloen down there!

Our nurse is really good. She just chats away to you while she is doing it and then its over before you know it.

Maybe strike up a convo to take your mind off it x

good luck, i had one last monday and it was the 'best' one i have had to endure, perhaps its because things are *ahem* stretched


Oh and i got my results back yesterday too, took just 8 days!

It went ok
She did the smear and she took 2 extra swabs as I mentioned that I tend to bleed for a few days after sex so get them results back next week x
