i am a little worried as i am due my period next week but today i had light spotting and back ache.. i dont know what this means but in my mind i always think the worse :O(

It is likely your having an odd cycle, esp if you have been all over the place emotionally.

im hoping its because of being highly stressed and low.. my period was normal last cycle and before i have always been regular apart from when having coil in.. defoo not pg as sterilized.. i will speak to gp but i kinda get to scared as i think if i dont ever go i want ever hear bad stuff :O( stupid i know.. and to think i used to be a regular visitor at docs demanding tests.. complete u turn

I bet it is because you have been stressed. Try not to worry too much and all your doc who will reassure you x

It prob is stress hun. Always better to get checked out, then when you get all clear you dont have to worry anymore. No point upestting yourself unneccessarily and imagining all sorts.

And IF it was something bad its always better to get things looked at early xxx

well i was sterlized 3 months ago ..so im taken comfort that everything would of been checked and seen.so hope its just sress x

Im still spotting today only on wiping its mixed in with discharge (sorry) and just feel achy ! But im not due till 23rd x

could be stress i've had that in the past, or infection perhaps.

it could well be stress when im incredably stressed i get some very odd cycles at one point i had 2 months without one all because of stress xxx

I'm sorry I can't help much but could be down to stress.

But i'd pop to see the GP either way

Not sure if anyone else get these.. but about every 3 or 4 months I get a really heavy period... My friend's the same - we've named it clearout Starts with dull achy back and inner thighs, then heavy low abdo pain the a few days later a period to top periods... I had one this month tis horrid....
Could be stress.. I'd see your doctor if your really worried

Stress can make cycles do od things, could you just be early rather than late...is that possible?
