I was goin to txt you today, you working?? I thought we'd meet up but then realsied the time, though well time get kids fed/ changed me changed, pack changing bag, make bottles up, get kids in car... would be 2 o'clock and your kids wont be long comming home. Last minute thought.

yep lets do it! and a plan of action, we need to book tickets, is it cheaper to get them now say or nearer the time? I have noo idea when it comes to trains. I would have drove if we had 2 cars rob will ahve footie so he'l need it. furthest iv been on train is swansea

nah we can bring a bottle of something on the train and chill out will be fun. Maybe get them sooner rather than later i think as the price might go up xxx

I would love to come, but I will have a newborn...so think it might not be a good idea. Would deffo come though if another one was organised afterwards xx

Ive just been on travelodge website and the cheapest room for 2 is £45.75 - Is that right and what everyones paying............thats very reasonable between 2 isnt it???

It's a good price for 2! Just got a quote for train from Preston and it's about £42 return. Don't know whether it is cheaper than petrol and parking there tho!

Thanks hun.....I mentioned about coming on Piglets post so hopefully if she comes and I go we can maybe share a room (that's if she wants to share with me) xxx

I used to drive to Birmingham each week, but it was in a diesel and it cost me about £20 there and back........so in a petrol its going to be more, I havent checked parking costs at hotel though.

Obv I would split the costs of everything with you, so I think we could do it for a lot less than £80 odd.................but are you happy to drive???, It would be more chilled on the train, and what about a small hangover????
