I so want to come to the banda nite out and have two potential roomies sorted. The only thing is I am absolutely frigging terrified of flying and unless I swim the Irish Sea its my only way of getting there. Am ok if I have someone's hand to hold usually oh's and am usually ok when I am up in the air, its the getting on the plane, take off that makes me shit scared lol.

Am wondering if anyone else has been a nervous flier and flown alone and how it went the flight will probably only be over an hour, but am just scared I will have a panic attack, faint, be sick or make a complete arse of myself

you can do it, try rescue remedy, my sis swears by it, she hates flying!!!

I had to fly alone to Turkey to meet my sister..........i am scared witless!!!!

Y'know it was easier, i know it sounds daft but because no-one was there for me to moan too...i just got on with it!!

I think you need to trust yourself hun, you're more capable than you're giving yourself credit for. You won't loose it, be ill or faint because you'll know you need to stay strong. You can let the flight crew know that you're a nervous flyer and on your own and they'll look out for you. Just think if you manage it you'll be rightfully so proud of yourself and you'll get the reward of having a bloody fantastic time with all your panda's!!!!!!!!!!!! xxx

Thanks guys I know if I manage to do it alone I will feel unbelievably proud of myself. Mandy said she could probably meet me at the airport think if I knew someone was at the airport for me I would be ok as I think I would freak out getting to the hotel alone lol, I am such a big girls blouse
