| but today is the day I have to clean out the dog shit bin in my garden It seemed a good idea at the time. You bury the bin in the garden, put all the shit in it and supposedly it decomposes and drains away. IT DOESN'T WORK So we stopped using it and for the last 2 years it has sat there. I have put it off and put it off but I knew at some point I had to deal with it and today is the day. Wil will be using the garden lots this summer and I know he will find it and manage to get the lid off because that's Wil . So I have to sort it before he does. Today seems like a good day, I have a stinking cold so can't smell anything, it is a nice dry day but not warm to increase the stench so wish me well girls I am off to brave my nemesis (BTW OH can't possibly do it because he is a wuss apparently and as a woman I am far more capable and better than him - oh yes he has been grovelling to get me to do this one. He is also doing all our bathrooms and bringing me a gift from Tesco apparently)

| All done Wasn't too bad just like wet mud with a slight aroma. I dug it out enough so I could remove the top bit of the bin then just buried the rest in about a foot of sand. Just need to get some gravel now to match the rest of the area and noone will ever know it was there (unless the dig alot) I now have visions of some archeologists in about 300 years doing a dig here and finding the remains of a green plastic dog bin and wondering what bizarre use it had |

| We had one of those when I was a kid, I think my mum and dad just raised the flower bed and berried it under flowers, they moved a few years ago, I wonder if the new people found it?
WEll done you for getting it out! |

| Ewww...you just reminded me of what we get to look forward too once this snow starts to melt..months and months worth of dog dirt x 2 that will be more like mush all piled up in my back yard. We try to keep on top of it..the piles we can see..but since it likes to snow here quite alot..we miss most of it! xxx |

| My gift was a bottle of slightly posher shower gel than I would normally buy because OH thought I might smell after cleaning out the bin He also came back with a camping table and chairs, a ready bed for Wil and a pop up football goal for Wil. He went to Tesco for food. I have explained to it that my reward today is no nagging about being on here all night. |
