think i passed on my allergy to braden - sun ....

we were out in it yesterday, i had put factor 50 on them because they are both so pale skinned and last night he had a red face, then this morning he has a massively swollen face, a rash covering his whole body and his face is still really red..... poor kid!

awwwpoor thing, how about taking him to docs and getting some piriton for next time,

also know how guilty you feeling right now, i passed on my allergy to glue, (including plasters micropore etc) to rich, he itches like mad when he needs a plaster, nothing i can do but i'm feeling your guilt right now xx

aye i rang my docs but they had nothing til 5pm so i took him to a pharmacist and got him some piriton. The pharmicist said 'god his whole body is swelling up, does anaphylactic shock run in the familly?' yeah cheers just what i wanted to hear =o|
bless him he isnt bothered by it just looks really bad. Full body rash. He's drinking like a fish today too.

Just wanted to echo what Laura said, Andrew had a reaction to a sun cream last summer, He had similar symptoms to Braden, red rash, swelling and Andrew also had red eyes Sad

I don't think it was anything to do with the sun with Andrew though as he only had it the one day (took another 2 days for all symptonms to go) but I think it was the sun cream, we used a nivea kids one a spray one factor 50+... I only use the baby one on him now.

my baby cousin has really bad reactions to suncream. and one that will be fine one year wont be the next. my aunt spends an absolute fortune trying to find the right one for her. as a result my poor cus ends up covered in rashes until the right one is found!
