Think C has hayfever, suspected it last summer when we went to france she was snotty and sneezy and had red eyes. Went to park cpl days ago on a sunny day and within mins her eyes were red and raw. She wears shades out most days anyway and ive got piriton in but it totally knocks her socks off

Im gonna go to boots when i can but before i go was wonder4ing if you knew if theres a non drowsy antihistamine for paeds? I thought benadryl did one but havent checked yet so thought id be lazy and ask you xxx

you've prob already looked ureself now but I think Benadryl do an antihistamine for kiddiewinks x

Yup went to boots today and got boots own 2+ loratadine so got some non drowsy once a day stuff in (had to go to boots as they asked her age in sainsbury and i told em she was 23 months so they wudnt sell me the benadryl 2+ )

No worries mate i was being lazy. All sorted out now anyway - quite glad as piriton was knocking her lil socks off so will be glad to switch to non drowsy. Neil was out of loratidine the other night and his was bugging him so he took 10mls of her piriton syrup-he never made it off the sofa to bed and i didnt realise til following morning as i actually got some shut eye due to him not snoring next to me pmsl

Sorry to jump in - pop her to the GP - my sons 11 and gets larotadine (sp) on scrip.. FREE
Piriton unfortunatley doesn't knock him out - mind you nor to rubber mallets
