| well i had a chicken teryaki foot long sub at 4 oclock so that was my breakfast , lunch and dinner , im fit for sleep now might squeeze in a cadbury caramel biscuit with a coffee later this evening |

| we had chicken roast dinner earlier stuffed and now just had pancakes with choc spread and strawberries... you shhould see lillies chops!! covered! shes just refusing its bed time, so we had to share. she just came to me with her wellies on saying 'I go outside!!' erm no its bed time!!!! |

| home-made spicy chicken kebabs (in a sauce made with tikka paste, lime, natural yog and spring onion) with a salad and a dip that I made that's a little bit like tzatiki but with coriander and lime in. |

| We were visiting family so stopped at a pub on the way home, I had lasagne, John had steak and ale pie and Bethany had sausage, mash and gravy and it was all yum xx |
