OMG help someone, i've nearly collapsed.
my butt cheek is cramping or spasming, its painful, i've just tried to get up to get a drink and had to sit back down because i cant take any weight on that leg

anyone any ideas? of what to do, because it looks like i might be crawling to bed

Sounds like positional sciatica - I had it from really early on but my sister had it from about 20wks.

Try leaning back and raising your leg - can you sort of draw a big circle with your toe?

Stretch your leg out and then bring it back in, your heel as close to your bottom as you can (might not be very close if you have a big bump getting in the way of your knee).


TBH I just had to sit down and wait for it go to away because I couldn't even walk when I had an attack, whereas my sister found walking round and shaking the offending leg helped.

I had cramp in my chest the other night Was so painful I honestly couldnt move and if I tried I ended up swearing - it wasnt somewhere I could move to get rid so i just lay still and tried to relax and it did eventually go

i'm sat here laughing my head off at myself, still in a bit of pain, and i not tried to stand up agian, will call russ to help when i need to get up.

will try the leg move in a bit, see if that helps. i'm laughing so much at myself that i cant concentrate on anything.

oh crumbs, now pins and needles in my feet, lol i am really in the wars lol
