Dammit i forgot!
Ok its fairly simple all i did with C was roast a pepper in the oven then removed the skin and finely chopped it. I then mixed it into some sausage meat with my hands . Rolled out some puff pastry to bout half cm thickness and put the sausage meat and pepper mix on it. Roll the pastry over and seal it with some egg or oil. When you put it on a baking tray make sure the seam is underneath to prevent it splitting open. Brush the top with oil or egg, make some cuts in the top with a knife and pop it in the oven. I never really used a recipe so moderate heat for half hour or so - i tend to just keep an eye on it til its golden brown.
You can do the same with apple, i just chopped it up fine and softened it in a pan of butter before doing same as above
