just a little message to say hold on in there, you are doing everything you can and three months from now this will all be a blur. you have two beautiful little babies and life will be pretty hard for you just now, but you will look back and think wow, i am awesome

moan as much as you like having a teeny baby is superhard (who am i telling ). each day will get a little bit easier though, and you will soon forget.

especially when you're feeling physically better, and had a little bit of sleep and have had time to mentally figure out what has happened .

2 days can be a loooooong time, but it will pass and new things will crop up - good and bad! but you will be absolutely fine and so will those little babies of yours

Well little man let me have a good 5 hours sleep last night He's so content now he's on dentinox and hes obviously feeding well as peeing and pooing lots so I will continue to BF.

that's awesome god, i would give my left arm for 5 hours sleep now must have just been a sore tummy then (i remember when elijah didn't poo for 8 days when he was tiny - everyone said ohhh yeah that's quite common - but he was so small i couldn't figure out where the poo was!) x
