Jamie very rarely sleeps. Its a fight to get him to sleep and he rarely goes into a deep sleep. Someone suggested this to mde but I know nothing about it so wondered if any of you ladies could help

I have heard of this, but was under the impression it needed to be done at birth, or within the first week.

I am probably wrong though.

However, it was my first midwife who told me about it as she did it with her son. She had a daughter, who I assume she also did it for, and she was apparently a bugger at sleeping x
