| Right well Im going to get decaf in the morning then (just bought a HUGE box of tea bags typically! Dan drinks it though) I find it hard to cut down on sugar - I have 3 sugars At new year I went down to 2 and it was horrible, and now its crept back up, me thinks I need to try harder |

i was going to suggest weight gainer shakes but i see that's a no-no, so i really don't know!
(and i'm dead jealous of the stuff you eat!) what did you do with that 41lb? Send me some!!! Anyway what you still on a diet for, you looked fabby last time I saw you! You dont want to end up a clothes horse like me!
i happily would send you some, but it's i think it's still hiding in my arse :O mine isn't teshnically a diet, i'm on a program to reduce body fat and build muscle...so within the next year i hope to drop another stone...but replace it with pure muscle(think totally ripped six pack type physique) definitely not helping if you're a constant tea/coffee drinker...caffeine is a fab energy booster, but it boosts metabolism too, if you're drinking a fair whack a day(spread out, not all in one go) then that'll definitely be giving it a boost. Yeh I do and strong stuff too (tassimo pods) - oh dear I hope they do decaf pods! oh and there was nowt hiding on your arse! but good on you for being so focused! |

nooooooo that'll boost her metabolism more(the caffeine and taurine in it) so she'll burn calories quicker and it'll help her drop weight not gain it!lol (also a substantial part of my diet) So you reckon thats whats helping me lose weight? How much should i drink a day cause i have 2-3 cans at the mo lol xx |

| My OH is (was) the same. He's always had real trouble gaining weight. He would eat and eat and eat..but never put weight on. Back end of last year he started having panic attacks and palpatations..really knocked him for 6. Well he bit the bullet and stopped smoking and cut out caffeine completely. He switched over to Hot Choc's..and OMG he's a right porker He's gone from about 11st to 13st. He looks so healthy for it too. (although now he keeps saying he's too fat..but he's not..I loooove it ) |

| I was going to suggest CHEESE too, and lots of it! I think maybe for snacks eating weetabix with full fat milk, and nuts, and dark chocolate would be a good start. And definitely reduce the caffeine, it may be affecting your appetite too. The other thing is relaxing and sitting still!! Over the past few months i have been really stressed and could barely sit down i was so busy, i was eating loads of rubbish but losing weight. Also not sleeping very well. Since i have started to feel better the weight is coming back on and i am needing to eat more healthily again (boo!). x x x |

| I had exactly the same problem as you in my teens and early 20's, and went to see a dietician, I went from 6 stone 9lbs to 9st with a high calorie but healthy food plan, its important not to have too much bad fats. I still have the plans, am just off to bed but will pm them to you tomorrow x |
