Usually I pick up and egg and cress sandwich for Flick when we are in Asda.
But Saturday we went to one a bit further away - Blaenavon for you welshies
I got Flick's usual sandwich and opened it in the care as poor girlie was starving after visting the home I work in and running around like a loony with a resident's zimmerframe
Anyways, I split it in half and gave her some and had the other half, only to bit into it and find it was frozen!
Poor Flick cried when she bit into an icy egg sandwich, I emailed to complain but they have not gotten back to me yet

very naughty of asda hope you get some vouchers as compo, are all their sandwiches defrosted from frozen? yuk i hope not

Urgh doesnt sound nice, and poor flick.... but tbh Id prefer a sandwich to be chilled a bit too much than be warm & risk food poisoning! x

aw no! it sounds like their fridge may of been having a funny one. i had to complain to tesco not long ago. i brought a fruit salad from them. opend it up to hinf a huge bug half in my stawberry.. i wouldnt of minded if it was unseen due to being in there. but the starwberry was cut in half and it was hanging out..

i only got a fiver from tesco after all that!
